PHLOSOPHY
Dezzenterprise LLC believes that the most effective and successful Early Childhood Program is “Child Centered,” and it provides an atmosphere that is nurturing in which children can develop Socially, Physically, Intellectually and Emotionally. We believe that every child can learn and it is our mission to provide each student the opportunity to gain the Early Foundational Skills they need for future “Educational Success.”
Dezzenterprise advocates discovery learning through hands-on experiences hence children at every level are given unlimited opportunities to learn and grow in an environment that is rich in play. Our curriculum is diverse and flexible, offering a variety of developmentally appropriate choice of activities for our children, who we know are capable and special human beings.
At our center, we believe that the education and well being of each child is best accomplished through cooperation and communication among all members of our school community. Teachers conduct three annual conferences to inform parents of their child’s progress and experiences in school. Parents are encouraged to keep in close contact with the center, to participate in their child’s school life and to be involved in the many activities held throughout the school year. We recognize that parental involvement is an important part of our children’s and the program’s success.
One the most important aspect of our philosophy and practice is, to encourage an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect and shared concern for the welfare of the children. Teachers and all staff members model how to be respectful and kind citizens to our youngsters and parents and caretakers are treated with warmth which helps build a sense of community.
